A professor at University of South Carolina School of Law has just launched an app designed to help students studying Estates, Future Interests, and the RAP. According to the description, "this app provides step-by-step instructions to guide even the most confused student through the seeming maze of doctrines and rules. Drawings and diagrams, along with multiple examples and explanations, clarify each concept."
*A caveat from our very own first year property profs: Our students should use caution in consulting resources other than their text "because the terminology can be quite different and potentially confusing."
The app is available for download for iOS and Android platforms.
